Get startedFree for 7 days, no card needed: about 30 minutes of voice help, plus typed help and email checks all week.
Every plan includes nearly an hour and a half of voice conversation a month, plus plenty of typed questions and email and scam checks. We email you at about 90% and 95% of that allowance, so nothing sneaks up on you. If it’s ever used up, typed help and scam checks keep working while voice and computer health checks pause until your month resets, so do check every suspicious message you receive. There are no surprise charges: extra help is always opt-in. The plain-English detail is in our Fair Use Policy.
Not sure? Try it free for 7 days. No card is needed, so if it isn’t right for you or your family, the trial simply ends and you pay nothing.
Not sure your computer is ready? Try our one-minute sound check.

Yes. Family Portal is included with every Tuno subscription: summaries, safety alerts, and billing management for connected family members. It is not a separate paid tier.
One Windows PC is included. Extra PC is £2.99/mo per additional computer, up to 3 PCs total. You can add or remove Extra PC from billing in the Family Portal or My Tuno.
Yes. You can buy an extra month of help from My Tuno or the Family Portal. It costs the same as a month of your plan: £14.99 if you pay yearly, £16.35 if you pay monthly. Credits last 3 months. You can also turn on auto top-up so credits replenish automatically if you run low. It's always opt-in, never a surprise charge. Extra help isn't sold during the free trial: choose a plan instead.
Nearly an hour and a half of voice conversation, if you did nothing else. Most people mix it up: a few minutes of voice when something is stuck, a typed question now and then, and email checks whenever a message looks odd. Typed help and scam checks keep working even if a heavy month uses up the voice allowance. One long session where Tuno talks you through a whole task uses roughly 15 to 20 minutes.
We email you at about 90% and 95% of your allowance, so you'll know well before. If you reach 100%, typed help and scam and email safety checks keep working, while voice conversations and computer health checks pause until your usage month resets (on the anniversary of the day you joined) or you add credit. We never charge you extra unless you've explicitly turned on auto top-up.
Yes. Tuno is an online service, so the computer needs an internet connection whenever you use it. It doesn't need fast broadband, just a steady connection. The one-minute sound check tests that on the Windows PC Tuno will run on. You can pay first if you are not on that PC.
A Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC with an internet connection, and speakers and a microphone if you’d like to talk with Tuno (typing works without them). The full list, including the optional browser helper and Outlook add-in, is on our requirements page.
Primary storage is in the UK (encrypted). Voice is processed in the EU, and text answers may be processed in the US. Our Privacy Policy lists subprocessors and locations. We never sell data.
It lasts 7 days from when you finish setting up Tuno on your Windows PC, with about 30 minutes of voice help, and typed help and email checks all week. There's no card, so nothing is charged and there's nothing to cancel. If you choose a plan and change your mind, tell us within 14 days of the first payment and we'll refund it in full.
Yes. Whoever pays the bill can switch at any time from My Tuno or the Family Portal. The change starts at the end of the current paid period, so nothing is charged early and no paid time is lost, and you can undo it any time before then.
Not yet. Tuno is currently available only to UK residents, with UK billing addresses.
Tuno currently works in English only. We plan to evaluate other languages after the UK launch.
Yes. No cancellation fees. Cancel from the Family Portal or by asking Tuno. On a monthly plan you keep access until the end of your current billing month (that runs from the day you joined to the same day next month, not the calendar month). On an annual plan you keep access until the next monthly anniversary of the day you joined, and we automatically refund the months you haven't used at the monthly rate. So if you joined on 7 February and cancel on 12 July, you keep Tuno until 7 August and get the rest back. The free trial simply ends, with nothing charged; cancel within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
Ideally, yes. A family member or friend installs the software and walks through the first conversation together. After that, the person using Tuno is independent. The whole setup takes about 20 minutes.
Fewer panicked phone calls. A pop-up that gets calmly explained instead of ruining an afternoon. And someone patient on hand at half past nine on a Sunday. Going from nobody to ask, to someone patient who never sighs, on hand every day of the month.
